Idli Podi | Idli Upma

Ingredients:

Idli - 10 to 15

Mor Milagai | Curd Chillies - 2 or 3

Lemon Juice - a few drops

Mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, curry and coriander leaves for seasoning


Preparation:

1. In a pan, add a few drops of oil and toast the curd chilies. Set them aside and crush them once they cool down.

2. In the same pan, add a few spoons of oil and splutter mustard seeds, sauté chana dal and urad dal until golden brown. Then, add curry leaves and fry.

3. Add the crushed idlies, and the required amount of salt, and mix well.

4. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves once everything is well combined, switch off the heat.








5. Tasty Idli Upma | Idli Podi ready. Serve hot.
