Ingredients:
Urad dhal - 1/2 cup
Mixed Millets (Saamai (Little Millet), Varagu (Kodo Millet), Thinai (Foxtail Millet), Kuthiraivali (Barnyard Millet), Kambu (Pearl Millet), Vellai Sollam (White Corn/Sorghum). Buy 1/2 kg each of these millets and mix them together) - 2 cups

Preparation:
1. Wash and soak urad dhal with methi, and mixed millets separately for 4 hours.
2. Grind urad dhal first and transfer it to a container.
3. Grind mixed millets and transfer them to the same container where urad dhal is removed.
4. Add the required salt and mix well. Let it ferment overnight.
5. Next morning, mix the batter well and prepare the dosa.
6. Tasty and Healthy Millet Dosa is ready. Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
Notes:
1. You can also add one handful of Black Urad Dhal & Red Avul (Poha | Beaten Rice).
