Ingredients:
Urad Dhal - 1/2 cup
Idli Rice - 1/2 cup
Karuppu Kavuni rice (Black Rice variety) - 1 1/2 cup
Methi - few
Salt
Preparation:
1. Wash and soak urad dhal with methi for 4 hours and Karuppu Kavuni rice (Black Rice variety), and Idli rice for 8 hours.
2. Grind urad dhal first and transfer it to a container.
3. Grind Karuppu Kavuni rice (Black Rice variety) and Idli rice and transfer them to the same container where urad dhal is removed.
4. Add the required salt and mix well. Let it ferment overnight.
5. Next morning, mix the batter well and prepare the dosa.
6. Tasty & Healthy Karuppu Kavuni rice (Black Rice variety) Dosa is ready. Serve hot with Coconut Chutney.
