Ingredients:

Borugulu Pindi | Pori Maavu

Powdered Sugar

Ghee - a few spoons

Preparation:

1. Mix equal portions of Borugulu Pindi and Powdered sugar along with a few spoons of ghee.

Mix with Ghee

2. Tasty Chakkara Pindi | Sakkara Pindi ready. Serve as a snack.

How to make Borugulu Pindi | Pori Maavu

1. Wash 1 cup (or as per your choice) of idli rice and drain the water completely.

2. Heat a kadai and start to roast the cleaned idli rice. Roast till they start to puff up slightly and turn to light brown color. You should get a good aroma.

3. Once it reaches a light brown color, switch it off and allow it to cool down.

4. Once it cools down, run it in a mixie to a fine powder consistency.

5. Borugulu Pindi | Pori Maavu is ready. Or simply you can buy the readymade ones that are easily available in shops.
