Vendhaya Keerai Rotti | Fenugreek Leaves Chapathi | Methi Chapathi

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 2 cups

Vendhaya Keerai | Methi - 2 handfuls or as required

Curd - 2 ladles

Salt and water


Preparation:

1. Add all the above ingredients to a large bowl and form a chapathi dough. Rest it for 20 to 30 mins.





2. Prepare chapathis like how you prepare normal chapathis.

3. Tasty Vendhaya Keerai Rotti | Fenugreek Leaves Chapathi | Methi Chapathi is ready. Serve hot with Tomato Juice/Gravy.
