Chimli Unta | Nuvvula Unta

Ingredients:

Sesame seeds - 1 tumbler

Jaggery - 1 tumbler

Milk - 1/4 tumbler

Rice Flour - 1 spoon


Preparation:

1. Dry the sesame seeds under the sun for some time and run them in a mixie to a fine coarse consistency. Need not be finely ground but make sure that it gets ground well.

2. Crush the jaggery first and then grind it in a mixie. It will form a muddha consistency.

3. Mix sesame seeds powder and jaggery well and then run it inside the mixie. It will form a muddha consistency.

4. Remove the above mixture, and beat it nicely using a stone.

5. While doing the above process, add rice flour, and milk, mix well and keep beating it using a stone.

6. After a while you will notice the mixture slightly starting to release oil.

7. This is the right time to shape the mixture into medium size balls.

8. Tasty Chimli Unta | Nuvvula Unta is ready.
