Ingredients:
Idli/Dosa Thick Batter
Kadalai Maavu | Besan
Onion chopped
Green Chilies chopped
Chilly powder
Salt
Curry and Coriander leaves
Preparation:
1. Mix Idli/Dosa Batter, Besan, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, salt, chopped curry, and coriander leaves to thick bonda batter consistency.
2. Heat oil and drop as small/medium-sized batter balls and deep fry it until crisp and golden brown.
3. Tasty Dosa Pindi Bonda | Dosa Maavu Bonda | Dosa Batter Bonda ready. Serve hot.
Notes:
1. Idli/Dosa batter should be thick. Should not be loose.
2. Measurement of besan is purely your choice. Add such that it forms a thick batter.
3. Since the batter already contains salt make sure to add extra salt accordingly.
