Cabbage Pakoda | Muttaikose Pakoda

Ingredients:

Cabbage - half

Onion - 1

Green chillies

Red chilli powder

Besan - 1/2 tumbler

Rice flour - 2 spoons

Hot oil - 2 to 3 spoons to make the batter

Salt to taste

Water

Oil for deep fry


Preparation:

1. Cut cabbage and onions as shown in the picture.

2. Mix besan, rice flour, chilli powder, chopped green chillies, and salt and mix well.

3. Heat 2 to 3 spoons of oil and pour it on top of the above and give a good mix.



4. Just before deep frying, sprinkle water as required to form pakoda shape and deep fry it until crisp.


5. Tasty Cabbage Pakoda | Muttaikose Pakoda is ready. Serve hot.
