Ingredients:
Roasted Groundnuts | Peanuts - 1 tumbler
Crushed Jaggery - 3/4 tumbler - 1 tumbler or as per your desired sweetness
Preparation:
1. Buy roasted groundnuts or roast the groundnuts slightly and remove the skin. Allow it to cool if you are roasting. Take care if you are roasting and do not over-roast it.
2. In a mixie, add the ground nuts and crushed jaggery and give it a run. Do not over-run it otherwise, groundnuts will release oil.
3. Run it to a consistency such that you can make small balls out of it. Take a small portion and start to hold it to ladoo shape.
