Macroni | Macaroni - Indian Style Masala Pasta

Ingredients:

Macroni | Macaroni (Elbow shaped pasta) - as required

Onion - 2

Tomato - 4

Ginger - 1 inch

Garlic - 4 to 5 pods

Chilli powder - 1 spoon

Garam masala - 1 spoon

Salt


Preparation:

1. Boil the macaroni as per the instruction on the cover and set aside to cool.


2. Wash and cut the tomatoes and extract juice out of them.


3. In a kadai, pour the extracted tomato juice and saute it till it thickens. Keep aside.


4. In a kadai, add oil add crushed ginger, and garlic and saute it till you get a nice aroma.

5. Add the chopped onions and saute them till tender.


6. Add the thickened tomato paste and saute.

7. Once the above mixture thickens, add chili powder, garam masala, and salt and saute for a few minutes.

8. Add the boiled macaroni and give a good mix.


9. Once everything combines well, switch off the flame.

10. Tasty Macroni | Macaroni - Indian Style Masala Pasta is ready. Serve hot.
