Cucumber | Dosakai Aaval Pachadi - No Cook Pachadi

Ingredients:

Cucumber - 2 - grated

Mustard, Curry and Coriander leaves for seasoning


For Grinding:

Coconut - one handful

Red chillies - 1

Salt

Tamarind - a small piece

Jaggery - a small piece

Pottu kadalai / Fried gram - 1 spoon


Preparation:

1. Grate the cucumbers and keep aside.

2. In a mixie, add the ingredients listed for grinding and grind it to a fine coarse paste without adding water or with very little water. Should be of chutney consistency.

3. Mix grated cucumber with the ground paste and add Curry and Coriander leaves.

4. Cooking is not required. In a tadka pan, add oil and splutter mustard seeds and pour it on top of the pachadi.

5. Tasty Cucumber / Dosakai Aaval Pachadi is ready. Serve with rice.

Notes:

1. No cooking or No gas recipe.
