Wheat Rava | Godhumai Rava - 1 cup
Water - 3 cups
Green chili - 1
Curd - 1 or 2 small ladles
Curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt
Oil - a few spoons
Preparation:
1. Mix all the above and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
2. Once the pressure releases, mix well and this food is ready to be served.
3. Mix this with rasam, and curd (instead of rice as on fasting days rice cannot be eaten) and have it on upavasam days during festival times especially for festivals when thooram is tied.
