Curry Leaves Thogayal | Karuveppilai Thogayal


Ingredients:

Curry leaves - 2 to 3 handful

Onion - 1

Tomato or Tamarind Juice

Coriander Seeds - 1.5 spoon

Red chilies - 5

Mustard seeds for seasoning


Preparation:

1. Clean the curry leaves and set them aside.

2. In a kadai, add oil and saute red chillies and coriander seeds till you get a nice aroma. Set it aside.

3. In the same kadai, saute chopped onion and curry leaves. If you prefer to add tomato then saute tomato as well.

4. Once the above cools down, grind it to a smooth consistency.

5. Add mustard seeds seasoning.









6. Tasty Curry Leaves Thogayal | Karuveppilai Thogayal is ready. Serve with hot rice.
