Ingredients:
Pottu Kadalai Maavu | Fried Gram Powder - 1 tumbler
Powder Sugar - 1 tumbler
Cashew Nuts - 10
Elachi Powder - few
Shredded Coconut - 1/4 moodi
Ghee - 100 gms
Preparation:
1. Fry Cashew Nuts and Shredded Coconut separately. Keep aside.
2. Mix the above with Pottu Kadalai Maavu | Fried Gram Powder, Powder Sugar, and Elachi Powder. Mix well.
3. Add melted ghee to the above and mix well.
4. Try to form ladoo using your hand. If it doesn't come together, add a few more ghee and try to form ladoo. Repeat it until the above mix is there.
5. Tasty Seni Pappu Unta ready.
