Pickle Podi / Urugai Pai Podi

Ingredients:

Mustard seeds - equal proportion

Methi - equal proportion

Jeera - equal proportion

Compound Hing - equal proportion


Preparation:

1. In a kadai, add 1 spoon of oil. Firstly roast hing and then add mustard seeds, methi, and jeera and fry till you get a nice aroma.

2. Allow it to cool and grind it to a fine powder.


3. Pickle Podi / Urugai Pai Podi is ready. You can use this for many pickle varieties.
